Muga Rosé 2025, Rioja soave soft cheesesMuga Ros 2023 is a delicate ros wine from the famous Rioja region of Spain, created by Bodegas Muga. This wine is a harmonious blend of Garnacha (60%), Viura (30%) and Tempranillo (10%) grapes. The wine undergoes a gentle maceration in the press for 5 hours, after which the must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 16 18C for 15 20 days. After fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine yeast residues for 16 weeks, which contributes
