Barbera D´Alba, Vigna Scarrone, Vietti 2019 Quinta Santa Eufemia og den ærer vinproducenterne JanBarbera D'Alba, Vigna Scarrone, Vietti 2019 Vigna Scarrone is an organic wine from Castiglione Falletto, made from old Barbera vines that give a low yield. The grapes undergo cold maceration and fermentation in steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and an 18 month maturation in both wooden barrels and steel tanks. The wine presents a deep ruby red hue and a fruity aroma of blackberries and dark cherries. The taste is full bodied with a high
