The grapes grow on the Bolgheri terraces at altitudes between 70 and 200 meters, in a soil composed of clay, limestone and sandstone, also known as "terre bianche". This type of soil is perfect for wines with great aging potential. Each grape variety undergoes separate fermentation in steel
