It is in good vintage condition, stable and sound in the wood, with only an appearance patina. Refurbished and newly painted with environmentally and health friendly paint in the green color "Conservatory" (can be found under furniture paint). The drawer has also been freshly painted inside and the tabletop has been freshly sanded
