The double noseband distributes pressure differently compared to a classic noseband. Both the upper and lower nosebands are padded. The lower noseband is slightly raised to ensure added comfort on the horses nose. It also features a buckle guard, so the buckle never comes into contact with the horses nose. The headpiece is anatomically shaped and cut back to allow greater freedom around the ears.
