The recipes of IZBA Ximo Abadía um uns das Staunen alsWho is Cooking? is a collection gathering memories and recipes of meals cooked in IZBA a caf run by Robida Collective and situated on the main square of Topol (a small village in northeast Italy) a place of daily encounters, tiny gossip, big gatherings, and celebrations. This publication, just like IZBA, is a small universe boiling with friendships, lo(l)ve, anecdotes, and of course, recipes. Laura Savina and Ola Korbaska have gathered some of these
