PIN 43, Pinot Noir, Tresterbrand Sparkling perfected with elegant Pinot NoirOur pomace brandy made from Pinot Noir grapes impresses with its strong roasted aromas and reminds one of nougat and vanilla. Delicate hints of pickled cider pears delight the palate. A dense and well integrated tannin structure creates a pleasant, rounded finish. The bright amber color of the pomace brandy comes from aging for 5 years in oak barrels. We recommend pairing it with hearty cheese varieties or dark chocolate mousse.
