In the mouth is soft and persistent, with savoury and mineral finish typical of the sandy soils of Roero. GRAPES: ARNEIS. VINIFICATION: Fermentation at low temperatures (up to 13C). REFINING: in stainless steel tanks with minimum battonage for 3 months. Shelf life: 3 years with the bottle
