I would be inclined to drink the ’04 Corton over the first 10 years of its life (even though it will survive much longer) as I’m not sure that the fruit will ultimately outlast the structure

maybe a decade

it prances out of the glass with wonderfully gregarious notes of kirsch

You could match this to a grilled steak now or let mellow for a few years

Rotem & Mounir Saouma, Chateauneuf Du Pape Arioso Vintage:2016 I would be inclined to(aged for three years before bottling), Vivid ruby. Intense aromas of black raspberry, minerals, dried flowers and cola. Very dense and velvety in texture, with excellent depth to its red and blue fruit and floral pastille flavors.
