The five party noise makers feature great period graphics and 4 out of 5 are marked US Metal. The graphics indicate circa 1920s or 1930s. This vintage party favor was a standard at New Year's Eve Parties and quickly became popular at dances and parties. The noisemakers are in good vintage condition with a few indentations and minimal rust and paint loss due to scratches.
