Ghost Rock Pinot Gris springvale dark briar fruitsGhost Rock is at Port Sorell on tas's north west coast. This cool location is perfect for pinot gris, the wine retains freshness and crispness but with with good flavour development from the long season. Exquisitely fragrant with florals, pear and also stonefruit. It is rich and soft in the mouth but finishes with perfect acidity. One of tas's best examples of the style.
