Biga de Luberri Crianza, 2021 Gruner Veltliner grower Prosecco from the foothills"Biga" (two in Basque) is fermented in stainless steel before being aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. Complex and layered, yet lively and full of spirit.
