Delas Saint-Esprit Cotes-du-Rhone Blanc, 2017 Amarone Aged for 17 months in"Saint Esprit" is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and Viognier, from the right bank of the Rhone. Grenache Blanc adding weight, Viognier adding fruit notes, Clairette and Bourboulenc adding aroma and acidity. Fermented and aged in Stainless Steel while avoiding malolactic fermentation to preserve its crisp and fresh style. White flowers and yellow fruit, it is bright yet suave. Cotes du Rhone, France.
