Pio Cesare Barbera d'Alba 2022 Glenfoyle 12 years complexity and a solid backbonePio Cesare's wine shows how, with careful prioritization and patience, a complex food wine based on the Barbera grape can be created. This wine is made from the finest Barbera grapes from vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba, Sinio, Diano d'Alba and Grinzane Cavour. Harvested manually, the wine undergoes temperature controlled fermentation with 15 days of skin contact to achieve extra depth and tannin. 70% of the wine is matured in large French oak barrels,
